bottles, bottle lids, buttons, scrap material for use in their lovely artwork.

Please hand directly to the class teachers. Thank you!

The Grade 000’s are asking all their parents to please send in recycled

goods for box construction, e.g. boxes, lids, bottle tops and bubble wrap.

We are also collecting tins (KOO bean tins) and would appreciate parents

sending these in to assist us in completing an art project together.

THE INCREDIBLE DOG SHOW

Our little learners had great fun at the Incredible Dog Show recently. This

world class show features high caliber dogs that are super amazing, talented,

happy, energetic, and adore performing for audiences. The Incredible Dog

Show features dogs that have been multiple National Champions, that

have broken Guiness world records and which have excelled in a variety of

disciplines. The show is highly entertaining, very informative, educational,

inspirational, and filled with energy, passion, laughter and fun as you can

see in the photos.

VALENTINE’S DAY DRESS UP

On Tuesday 14 February, we invited all our little learners to dress in red,

pink or white and donate R10 to Red Cross Children’s Hospital. We

managed to raise R1000 on for this very worthy cause and the learners

enjoyed dressing up for the occasion.

CRACKERJACK’S ‘BAKERMAN’

This year the Crackerjacks will be involved in Bakerman every Friday. This

will mean that each learner will have a turn on an allocated Friday to be the

Crackerjacks “Bakerman”. He/she will bake delicious treats at home, with

mom or dad, to bring to school and “sell” on this day. We feel that this gives

them more of an intimate, real feel for buying and selling in the comfort of

their own classrooms.

Our first Bakersman went very well in Crackerjacks last Friday and our little

people had such fun!
