3 REACHING OUT Our Interact Club and lots of individual learners have continued to open their hearts to those less fortunate over the past few months. Thank you to everyone who has made a difference during these trying times. As a result of all the work they have done, Interact has been awarded a Gold Award by R o t a r y International. Other projects included the Matric Project to raise money for FoodForwardSA, who provide meals to the many hungry people during this time. They managed to donate R7243.80 as part of their Mandela Day initiative. And more good news ... Sorting clothing for DuNoon SwapShop Zoom visit to Huis Zonnekus for virtual tea Julia Fiander and her granny combined forces to provide food and toys to underprivileged children Sebastian Swart coordinated the distribution of 67000 meals on Mandela Day
