We look forward to the forthcoming Matric Ball where our nineteenth group of matrics will celebrate their farewell, and this promises to be another splendid event. Parents are invited to join us at the Wood Drive campus on Saturday, 13 July, to welcome the matrics as they arrive between 17:30 and 19:00. This wonderful ocassion will be followed by the commencement of Matric Prelims on 19 August. Learners have little time to spare and are encouraged to remain committed to their studies. The exciting Derby Day vs Reddam will be taking place from 15 -17 August at Reddam House, Durbanville. It is certain to be an exciting event of culture and sport. Our Preparatory learners showcased their many talents in a polished music concert recently where parents and special guests were treated to piano, woodwind, recorder and violin performances, as well as choral and ensemble groups. Congratulations to the learners who participated and a very special thank you to our music teachers. CATS, the musical will run from 18 – 27 July performed by a cast of Secondary and Senior Preparatory learners. Ticket are available via Quicket. Through our weekly memos and social media you will have been informed of the many achievements of our learners across the Faculties, and it is indeed a great privilege to be surrounded by innovative entrepreneurs, gifted sportsmen and women who exhibit exceptional talents on the field, and ambitious young people who strive for academic excellence while opening their hearts to others less fortunate. I would like to remind our parents that our doors are always open and our teachers, principals and myself are here for the sole purpose of providing each child with the finest education and facilities possible. We are proud of this College and its standing within the educational community as a leading place of learning. We commend our learners on their achievements, and our past learners who are excelling in universities across the globe. We are proud that our children are happy and eager to come to school each day and are privileged to be part of their educational journey. We would like to wish Tanya Dean all the best for the future as she relocates to Zambia in June to be with her husband. On behalf of the Board, we wish you all the best for the future and sincerely hope that you remain a close friend of the College. Finally, thank you to our parents, we value your continued support and look forward to welcoming you back on 10 July.
