141 2021 | Edition No. 24 | RUGBY “None of us is as strong as all of us” - Kitch Christie, Springbok Coach 1994-1996 A stop start campaign awaited our boys this year due to COVID 19 contact restrictions, however, we persevered and managed to train under strict protocols and the guidance from SARU. After many weeks of fitness and conditioning most of our teams played at least one match albeit non competitive and more of a pre-season readiness programme.
