Past learner, Carmia Annandale, presented a workshop to our Grade 7s Past learner, Dianne Crowley, together with Mrs Steyn and Mrs Vosloo More Alumni News Past Head Girl, Laura Wolvaardt, decided to delay her studies in Medicine to accept a contract playing for the South African Women’s Cricket team. She has consistently performed well with the bat and at the Cricket South Africa’s Award Ceremony received the Player’s Player of the Year Award. Past Prefect of Sport, Ian Kitwanga, attends the Western Province Rugby Academy and has been selected for the 1st South African Rugby Academy where the top 30 players in South Africa are coached by the best coaches, with the hope that these boys make it all the way to the senior team. He was awarded WP U19 Rugby Player of the year for 2018. Katie Poluta who matriculated in 2015 was selected to represent South Africa in the Fed Cup this year. She is currently playing on the US tennis circuit.
