New learners being assisted by the Learner Tech Wizards In September we embarked on Parklands Experience 2.0 and this time the theme was “Meltdown”. This time learners needed to rescue villages from an erupting volcano. During a few of our staff professional development sessions our educators embarked on a shortened version of the Parklands Experience and this has sparked many new conversations on how we can collaborate to make learning with iPad even more engaging and immersive. We are working to make sure that we design learning experiences that balance skill and content and collaborate between different subjects to reduce overall workload for our learners while making learning fun and enjoyable. – Paul Mayers 122. 21st Edition
