Young chefs training in the Hospitality Kitchen on the Sandown Campus are privileged to work in a world class facility, admired by visiting chefs and food lovers from around the world. Well-known chefs like Reuben and David Grier count among these. Parklands qualified chefs leave with training in preparing meals for fine dining, as well as everyday cooking and a recognised certificate as a qualified waitron.
