She was instrumental in getting her team to the quarter finals - the best the South African team has ever performed. At the end of the tournament, Laura was also selected as part of the World Cup Team. Greenland (umpire U/16 Inter Provincial Tournament) • Mr R. de Klerk (Manager WP U/18A) Ian Kitwanga was to have been the first representative from Parklands College to be selected for the WP U/18 Craven Week rugby team this year. Sadly, he got injured and was unable to play, but we expect great things from him, as he is joining the WP Rugby Academy next year. We are extremely proud of the achievements of the learners across all the sporting codes. There are learners who have achieved outside of the school sporting arena and we acknowledge their hard work and dedication in these sports. Special appreciation to all the Parklands College learners, their coaches who have put in many hours of coaching and all our parents for all their support in making sure their sons and daughters are at all the matches and practices. Our world class facilities are always prepared in the most professional way, and for this we thank Andrew Taylor, the Estate Manager, and his team.
